  15.           A couple of people have had the program quit at
  16.           startup so I have tried to fix this although I
  17.           was not able to get this error.

  19.           I try to have the option of putting marks around
  20.           either text that is entered in a box or at the
  21.           start and end of a line if the box is left empty.
  22.           I have found that in rewriting the Heading requester
  23.           that it forgot what to do if the text box was left
  24.           empty and I have fixed that in this version.

  26.           I have added the Division sign and Not sign numeric
  27.           entities.

  29.           Added a fix to let you load the files that were
  30.           causing Web Design to shut down. Web Design
  31.           expects to find ED in Sys:c to do this.

  34.           and some that can't.
